  1. Use On-Line Help
  2. Start by clicking on the "About" button on the main "Our Solar System and Beyond" screen, which provides an informative overview of the program's key features.  The "Help" button, also located on the main screen, will tell you how to navigate around the program.

  4. To Print Pictures or Text
  5. To print out a topic or section from Space, follow these instructions:

  7. 1.      First, get what you want to print on your PC screen.  If you wish, maximize the window (top right corner) to increase the area shown.

  9. 2.      Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard (usually located on the top row, right side).  This copies the contents of the screen to the Windows clipboard.

  11. 3.      Next, click on your "Start" button, go to "Programs", then "Accessories", then "Paint".  This opens MS Paint.

  13. 4.      Go to the edit menu and choose "Paste".  You will then be asked if you want to enlarge the bitmap area.  Choose "Yes".

  15. 5.      The "screen shot" will then appear in the Paint window.  Go to the file menu and choose print in the usual way.

  18. There are a few clickable links to internet sites on the disc.  If your Internet Service Provider is an online service such as America Online, you must establish your connection with that service first, then click on the link.

  20. To return to the "Space" CD to get another link, just minimize your browser's window, click on the link, and then restore your browser's window.  To return to the disc permanently, quit your browser.

  23. If you have any problems, please go to our website at www.simplymedia.com, and click on "Technical Support".  The next page will be the main technical support page, on which there will be a list of products.  Click on "Space" within the list, and print out the "Space" tech support page.
